Kyler Deatrich was born in Miramar, Florida, and, like many children in military families, spent much of his childhood moving around the United States before eventually settling in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Growing up in a variety of communities taught him the importance of adaptability, resilience, and building meaningful relationships wherever he lived. As a student in the Legal Studies Academy at First Colonial High School, Kyler has developed a strong interest in business, law, and sports management. These interests have inspired his goal of becoming a sports agent. In the fall of 2027, he will attend Liberty University to study Business Finance, taking the next step toward a career representing professional athletes.

Outside of the classroom, Kyler is an avid golfer who enjoys continually improving his game through purposeful practice and a commitment to learning. He values organization, personal growth, and making the most of every opportunity, believing that consistency and discipline are the foundation of long-term success. Guided by his Christian faith, he strives to live with integrity, humility, and a mindset of serving others in both his personal and professional life. Driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact in the world of sports, Kyler hopes to build a career advocating for athletes and helping them navigate opportunities both on and off the field. He is committed to lifelong learning and believes that true success is measured not only by professional achievement but also by the character, relationships, and legacy a person leaves behind.
